I'm looking for a really good book?

I love reading books and I want to find a really good one. I like all kinds of books. I'm 18 so I like teen books. And I loved the Twilight series and Harry Potter. Also Cirque Du Freak. I really liked Pictures of Hollis Woods but I was in middle school when I read that. And I like Sarah Dessen's books. I think I read all of them. My favorite is The Truth about Forever. And I like Meg Cabot. Especially the Mediator series. But I also like more serious books like 100 Years of Solitude. I just want to read a really great book. Any suggestions?
