Which is better, Oxy or Proactiv?

I wondering, for just one zit, which works better and fast of getting rid of it(just one, not alot of zits). I woke up with one and have seen and heard about both Oxy and Proactiv, again i just need something that will just take care of one zit (spot treatment) which is better? Thanks...
