TMJ mouthguard and gum question?

whatttt!!! your gums have receded 4mm!! that is a problem, if you think about it, a normal healthy pocket depth is supposed to be 1-3mm so say those teeth have a 1 or 2 mm pocket depth hopefully, then that is still a 5 or 6mm pocket. which is not healthy. you need to go to a dentist and get that figured out, i cant see your mouth but if that is really the case then you shouldnt be wearing that mouthguard. if it isnt the mouthguard, which it probably is, it could be you are brushing to hard, so make sure you are using a soft toothbrush and are not brushing hard. but good luck, i would definitely go see a dentist right away.
