Where in Fresno CA can I get an 18-gauge Monroe piercing?

Everywhere I call, they're saying they only do 16g as the smallest size for a Monroe...idk if that's because that's the anatomically smallest size available for a Monroe or if there actually is a place that does an 18g piercing...if there is, can anyone tell me where? And if not, would a 16g Monroe be much worse? Like if I take it out after a while will it scar hella bad?
