A thousand miles sheet music?

i am a beginner at piano and i want to play a thousand miles by vanessa carlton at a wedding. is there a website where i can download this for free??? and if i download it, when microsoft word 2000 pops up so it can be viewed i cant see it. its all gibberish. do i have to download something to view this????????? thanks so much. i know this may sound confusing but im desperate!
