Waiting for baby ratties,,,?

I saved a small young rattie from the big cage and brought her in for special food as she seemed undernourished. With a little care and attention she thrived however as she grew up on her own she was not accepted by the others----- so what to do ? On my birthday my nephew gave me his pet as he no longer wanted to look after it----a rex rat----curly hair and quite a big boy and of course very tame so I put him in with my lonesome pet and they got on very well. In fact 3 weeks later she has produced 8 little ones. I have to wait for them to grow coats to find out if any are like their father so another 2 weeks to go. I just hope there are some curly ones. Even his whiskers are curly ! Good luck with your births which should have happened hopefully.
