I'm 20 and she's 16. Is this wrong?

So, i met this girl at work. She's kinda new. and i like her and she's really into me in a friendly way when i talk to her. She's really nice and she has gles. but she's really cute. she wood also come to my aid if some1 is messin wiv me init. However, she's still in high school and she's 16. And i'm 20. So, would it be wrong if i asked her out on a date? or try having a relationship with her?
