"Is it ever a good i dea to wish your ex a happy v-day"?

Soo, it is Valentines' day, and i was just wondering if it's really a good idea to text an ex on valentines? I mean, even if the both of you are still freinds. Is it really a good idea to text them just to say happy v-day? If your ex has a thing for a girl, and they seem to be hitting it off well, and you know they like each other should you still do it? .... What if he texts you saying happy v day? does that mean there is still feelings or something? Idk, what do you think please help! thanks, and happy valentines day!
