No religion is not atheist?

Is not ociating yourself with a religion considered atheist? I mean im baptized and had communion but decided not to get confirmed. I was one of two who did not get confirmed. Its not that i dont believe in god its more of a i dont care if he exists. I dont live my life to serve god i live my life to get by. Im not a bad person and dont follow any set religious rules. Im nice to everyone i meet and not nice to people who deserve to be treated as so. I believe that everyone is equal and i am no better or worse(well im better than bad people). I dont believe in hell nor heaven i believe that you rot in an expensive box for years. I live my life because its my only one. I was complete nothingness before i was made and go back to complete nothingness the second my heart stops beeting and lungs stop breathing.
