Why did Mexico say the border patrol does not have the right to defend themselves against illegals ?

Mexico isn't capable of supporting itself so the Mexican governmnet encourages Mexican citizens to cross the border and send the money they make home. It's probably the biggest export that useless country has. Once the politicians realize that this is nothing more than Mexico attacking us financially we will take their country by force.
