Why in God's name is Vickie Guerrero still in a Wheelchair?

Its a heel prop, like bob ortons cast and Mr. Fuji's cane when he was wearing the tux. Also, the chair probably helps her not have to do too much since she isn't exactly a pro performer. As a heel I think she is doing a great job.
