Excel Referencing Question : Is it possible to reference a cell on another sheet within a IF/THEN formula?

I am using this formula ""=IF(F43=1,"8",IF(F43=2,"Citrus",IF(F43… ""- I need to replace the number "8" with a number from a cell specified on another sheet within the workbook. Any idea how to inject it ?
